Were looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team and help deliver an outstanding client experience from the first inquiry through consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients
Conduct intake screenings and coordinate consultations with attorneys
Manage calendars schedule appointments and process consultation fees
Enter and update client information using Lawmatics and MyCase
Follow up with leads and drive client engagement and conversions
Represent the team at professional events and networking functions
Help manage our social media presence and online reviews
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Lawmatics and MyCase (or similar platforms)
Comfortable managing multiple communication channels (phone email text)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Experience with social media and basic marketing is a plus
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in legal intake administrative support or customer service
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Typing speed of 70 WPM
Experience with Adobe Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
