About the Role
As a Field Marketer you will be at the forefront of driving sales building brand awareness and creating lasting relationships with customers. This role requires a confident communicator and persuasive professional who thrives in field-based work and is motivated by targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company s energy products directly to customers in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits product demonstrations and promotional campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through field interactions cold calling and grassroots marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide regular reports on field activity customer feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Represent the brand positively in all customer and public engagements.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/NCE in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in field marketing direct sales or related roles (energy industry experience is a plus).
Excellent communication persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in outdoor/field environments.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in basic reporting and use of mobile technology tools.
