Job Description
Job Title: Medical Device Sales Specialist
Location: WesternKenya
Employment Type: Full-TimeOn-Site
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Medical Device Sales Specialist to promote and sell advanced medical technologies with a key focus on Radiology
UltrasoundX-rayPatient Care Solutions(PCs)and Anesthesia equipment. This is a full-time on-site role covering Western ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical sales particularly in the radiology sector and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of medical devices with a strong focus on RadiologyUltrasoundX-ray and Patient care solution(PCs)
- Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and provide post-sale technical support.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers including hospitals and clinics.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in medical sales with current active engagement in the field is mandatory.
- Experience with Radiology Ultrasound X-ray Patient Care Solutions (PCS) and Anesthesia machines is a must.
- Strong sales operations skills and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is required.
- Bachelor s or Diploma in a medical-related field or medical sciences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
