This is a remote position.
We are seeking experienced and self-driven Freelance Recruiters who can independently source and place candidates across various industries. This is a purely commission-based opportunity offering 20% commission on the revenue earned per successful candidate placement.
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closing without any sourcing platform or database provided. Ideal for recruiters with their own strong network or sourcing tools.
Responsibilities:
Independently source candidates for open positions across industries (IT Non-IT Tech Sales etc.)
Screen interview and shortlist candidates according to client requirements
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and clients
Negotiate offers and ensure successful onboarding
Maintain communication and relationship with both clients and candidates
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience (agency or freelance)
Proven ability to close positions independently
Must have own sourcing tools or access (LinkedIn job boards social media referrals etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently without supervision
Prior experience in commission-based or freelance recruitment is a plus
