We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns coordinate with internal teams and vendors and support strategic initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures presentations and reports
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Support event planning and promotional activities
Maintain and update marketing calendars schedules and documentation
Collaborate with the creative and sales departments to ensure brand consistency
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
13 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Experience with marketing tools such as CRM platforms analytics and project management software is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
