Job Description
Youll take the reins of our software delivery function at a pivotal moment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in Scaled Agile (SAFe) Scrum SaaS and cloud-native transformation. Youll lead a team of approximately 12 Developers (NZ and remote) and be central to how they execute their product roadmap from a managed package to scalable cloud-first delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS platform roadmap using Scaled Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Working closely with the Solutions Architect Product QA and Customer Support to align priorities and deliver product excellence
- Coach and grow the team of in-house and remote developers
- Introduce and scale delivery practices fit for a modern cloud-native SaaS environment
- Report on key metrics to internal and external stakeholders with transparency and confidence
Qualifications :
- Significant experience leading software delivery in a SaaS and/or cloud transformation context
- Expertise in Scaled Agile (SAFe) Scrum and agile planning at scale
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (we use Azure but knowledge of any of the main cloud platforms is great)
- Background managing remote and globally distributed development teams of similar size to ours (12 staff)
- Ideally competent in C# and T-SQL languages
- Track record of improving delivery predictability quality and collaboration
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
