The Consumer Lounge Product portfolio covers all Qantas Lounge consumer ancillary related products strategy management and delivery. This team plays an integral part of how Qantas Lounges delivers exceptional products to our consumers highlighting our award-winning Lounge experience with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
In your role as Senior Product Manager Consumer Lounge Products you will leverage your commercial acumen strengths in sales strategy and knowledge of customer experience to oversee the management of current revenue streams continuously improve existing products and formulate and deliver strategies for growth and differentiation. Your passion for customer insights and problem solving will drive incremental revenue and long-term value creation across all product types.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate and curious about customer and revenue strategies experienced in leading the design and development of new consumer-facing products and services and skilled in performing market analysis to identify and capitalise on market opportunities to take this portfolio to the next chapter.
Youll have:
- Proven experience in revenue product strategy and developing commercial partnerships across multiple industries
- Demonstrated experience in revenue product execution and management
- Strong understanding of commercial arrangements contracts and negotiation principles
- Ability to develop detailed financial models and assess the commercial viability of new initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing complex high-value projects from end to end
- Proven ability to influence and guide stakeholders to successful project outcomes
- Capability to manage and prioritise multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
