Job Description
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in accordance with restaurant procedures.
- Supervise food servers and bus persons check schedules station maps sign-in sheets and break sheets.
- Maintain general supervision of the dining room and assure that all guests are correctly served.
- Report all problems to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding guest service.
- Accept payment by cash credit card room charges and comp or credit line billings from food servers.
- Process all checks and transactions pay out service tips process servers sales reports.
- Social skills as demonstrated by the ability to listen and respond to employee or management inquiries/concerns using a positive clear speaking voice answering questions and/or offering.
- Assistance giving accurate information regarding plans policy or procedures within guidelines.
- Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance direction and information within hotel guidelines. Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
- Ability to maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications :
- TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness Training).
- Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card).
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
