- Development of application business strategy based on:
Local BU & V.S strategy.
Market requirements and trends
Location specific requirements and needs
- Be responsible for setting up application targets improve the solution and quotation report the completed work performance
- Assist to improve IPMs product strategy according to market information.
- Customer management develop new customer.
- Set up project schedule in quotation phase.
- Promote IPM strategic products (standardized and innovative products).
- Maintain sales and customer relationship.
- Finish the solution and quotation according the customers requirement .
- Apply Pre-purchasing components execute order in advance.
- Confirm down payment from customers.
- Coordinate after sales service.
- Provide application training for engineer .
- Other temporary task.

- Comply with compliance requirements
- Live promote and implement wmtw actively and consequently (especially customer orient mindset)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor or above in Engineering or Project management or commercial background
- Experience in a Engineering/Sales/Project engineer role > 3 years
- Local language skill as well as English language skill
- High level of technical know-how and curiosity
- Strong Communication & Presentation skill
- Good networking skills
- Add on: Electrical hydraulic background
