Job Description
THE MISSION
- You are a food master and a drinks guru you run the show like a pro!
- Here is the mission of an F&B Manager in Prague:
- * The management of a lovely bunch of Mama team members
- * The collaboration with our fantastic Head Chef to get our F&B offering to the best standards
- * Running the operations for breakfast lunch Sunday brunch dinner and bar (restaurants terrace meetings rooms.. just that!)
- * The training and mentoring of teams regarding food drinks and service standards
- * The usual admin Mama likes a balanced and fair rota for all ensuring guests are looked after at all times
- * Take ownership of the overall F&B operations and make the magic happen!

- * You are organised and never let yourself be overwhelmed
- * You have the secret to make our guests fall in love over and over again

- * You are great at delivering the Mama experience to our suppliers; you have great relationship and they love you!
