Position: Holiday Consultant
Location: Delhi NCR (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida)

Salary: 7.2 - 8.4 LPA
Role Overview:
The Holiday Consultant will be a key member of the Leisure Travel team responsible for curating and selling customized and fixed departure holiday packages. This role requires in-depth knowledge of domestic and international destinations a consultative approach to travel planning and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer travel aspirations and recommend tailored holiday experiences including destinations itineraries hotels and activities.
- Provide expert consultation on flights hotels and holiday packages while ensuring seamless booking processes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting holiday packages and securing bookings.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on travel destinations pricing visa requirements weather conditions and customer reviews.
- Collaborate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and Tourism Boards to enhance product offerings and build expertise.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Present travel plans to customers through scheduled calls and provide ongoing support throughout their journey.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling group departures and long-haul destinations such as Europe Australia New Zealand South Africa USA CIS Japan etc.
- Strong consultative selling and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and communicate effectively.
- Deep knowledge of itinerary planning visa regulations and international travel trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation with 1 - 5 years of experience in the travel industry specializing in both domestic and international packages.
- A background in tourism education (BBA/MBA in Tourism) is preferred.
- Strong industry network including connections with premium hotels tourism boards and concierge services.
