The National Security Sector is seeking a highly motivated and tactical Program Manager to manage programs within its Homeland and Force Protection Business Area division FBI portfolio. The candidate will support our Agile DevSecOps contract and be responsible for understanding customer needs to create new business and efficiently and effectively executing technical programs. The ideal candidate will possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills operate independently with limited supervision and feedback be a strong team player and can establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the division as well as our external Government customers. Experience in communications Agile and DevSecOps; hardware/software fabrication; Cloud platform system integration; and/or test and evaluation is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organizes directs and manages contract operation support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.
Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Requires Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile (CSM PMI-ACP or CSPO etc.) certifications at contract start.
Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of ten (10) years of overall experience in project and program management.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing IT projects and programs.
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
Proven experience with managing using DevOps concepts.
Exceptional technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communications skills.
Experience in monitoring program priorities procedures objectives resource allocation and areas of service.
Experience in managing program and project teams to ensure goals are completed on time.
Experience in identifying possible current and future risks to program efficiency or success.
Experience managing teams that use agile methodologies.
Bachelors degree or higher in Program Management/Business Administration or equivalent IT related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
Advance degree in Program Management / Business Administration or equivalent IT related field preferred.
Experience with SAFe and ITIL.

Pay Range $126100.00 - $227950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
