Job Description
Job Summary:
Preferred Care at Home of Central Fairfield is seeking qualified and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Wilton Connecticut. This hourly role involves providing non-medical in-home care to our clients helping them with daily tasks and ensuring their overall well-being. As an individual contributor you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation medication reminders and personal hygiene
- Monitor clients physical and mental well-being and report any changes to supervisor
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any concerns to the designated supervisor
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients by engaging in meaningful conversation and activities
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Requirements:
- Experience with memory issues a plus in care givingin a home care setting
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
