Your role and responsibilities
Every day in The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is different but one thing stays the same - your work will have a direct impact on safeguarding adults across Suffolk.
Youll be at the heart of our triage and risk assessment process working closely with partners to make timely person-led decisions. Youll lead by example supporting and supervising safeguarding practitioners and social workers and helping to shape a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.

The team
MASH is a close-knit supportive team with a shared mission: to safeguard Suffolk residents through timely proportionate and collaborative decision-making.
We work side-by-side with partners from health police and other agencies both in person and virtually to ensure every referral is handled with care and professionalism. Our hybrid working model typically includes two days in the office with the rest of the week offering flexibility.
