Tasks

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Co-develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team fostering a results-driven customer-centric culture
  • Establish and manage relationships with DACH retail partners and key accounts (both online and offline)
  • Define sales targets forecast demand and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth and profitability
  • Lead and negotiate with logistics service providers and merchandising agencies
  • Strategically manage our POS furniture including negotiations with manufacturers
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Product Development and Supply Chain across the entire business value chain
  • Analyze market trends customer insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5 years of experience in FMCG Key Account Management preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • A proven track record in developing Key Account and Sales Operations Managers into senior professionals
  • An entrepreneurial hands-on mentality with a passion for cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach including experience in sales forecasting budgeting and performance analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
  • Fluent in English and German; Polish is a strong plus
  • A passion for beauty skincare or personal care products and a solid understanding of consumer behavior in the industry
