Overview
The CBSE-Mathematics Teacher (TGT/PGT) plays a crucial role in the educational development of students at the secondary level within the state of Odisha. Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through regular tests assignments and feedback.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Encourage critical thinking by integrating real-world problems into math lessons.
  • Maintain a disciplined and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Foster positive relationships with students staff and parents.
  • Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance student learning.
  • Develop supplemental materials and resources to support the curriculum.
  • Participate in school meetings professional development and workshops.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mathematics or relevant field.
  • Recognized teaching certification (TGT/PGT) from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
  • Strong understanding of mathematics pedagogy and curriculum standards.
  • Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to student-centric teaching.
  • Knowledge of child psychology and developmental learning.
  • Capacity for continuous professional development and growth.
  • Hands-on experience with lesson planning and curriculum development.
