Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with expertise in hardware and networking to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation maintenance and optimization of hardware and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain IT hardware (desktops laptops printers etc. and networking equipment (routers switches firewalls etc..
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor network performance ensure uptime and implement necessary upgrades or repairs.
- Provide technical support to end-users resolving hardware and network-related issues.
- Maintain network security protocols including firewalls antivirus and backup systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors for hardware procurement and service management.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards.
- Assist in the planning implementation and upgrading of IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets configurations and network changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in hardware and networking support (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of networking protocols hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
