Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Keka HRMS proficient in HR operations and experienced in end-to-end recruitment PF processes documentation and employee engagement. You should be a proactive professional who brings new initiatives to enhance the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keka HRMS Management: Leverage Keka HRMS to streamline and automate HR processes including employee data management recruitment tracking performance reviews and compliance reporting.
- Provident Fund & Documentation: Manage PF processes employee benefits and ensure proper maintenance of HR documentation.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Execute the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing interviewing selection Onboarding and Selection.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- New HR Initiatives: Identify and implement innovative HR strategies to improve employee experience and organizational growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations recruitment and compliance.
- Proficiency in Keka HRMS and other HR tools.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
