Google ecosystem: Google Search Display Shopping YouTube Ads Performance Max.
Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs (ROAS CPA CTR etc.).
Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives audience targeting and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad assets aligned with campaign objectives.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay updated on platform changes industry trends and best practices.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure accurate pacing and billing.
Identify and test new channels and campaign strategies for continuous growth.
2 4 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Proficiency with ad management platforms: Google Ads Manager Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager etc.
Strong understanding of performance metrics attribution models and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
Ability to create data-driven campaign strategies and scale results.
Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
Experience in e-commerce lead generation or DTC brands is a plus.
