Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Communications Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting internal and external communications strategies crafting clear and compelling content and ensuring consistent messaging across all company channels. This role requires strong writing skills a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
Draft and edit company materials including newsletters press releases announcements and reports
Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Coordinate and manage company events meetings and communication campaigns
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to improve outreach effectiveness
Maintain internal documentation and ensure accurate communication records
Support leadership with speech writing and presentation development as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
2 years of experience in a communications PR or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication management tools
Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
