- Lead payroll operations and statutory compliance processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Administer C&B programs including employee insurance allowances & ad-hoc payouts
- Execute core HR operational processes such as onboarding offboarding promotions and transfers
- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and maintain integrity in all trackers and records
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee queries related to compensation benefits and HR policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support audits policy updates and process reviews
- Prepare timely and accurate HR reports for management including headcount budget and variance analysis
- Drive process improvements by identifying automation or efficiency opportunities in HR operations
- Facilitate internal communications and ensure alignment on HR-related matters with relevant teams
What do you bring to the table
- Experience in HR operations payroll or C&B is an advantage
- Good understanding of HR processes and local labor regulations
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems (Workday & Google tools experience is a plus)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ensuring on-time and accurate payroll processing across monthly cycles
- Supporting statutory compliance by coordinating timely filings with Finance and government bodies
- Maintaining high accuracy in compensation and benefits data across systems
