Job Description
Job Overview:
Designs and implements user interfaces including graphics typography animation and user centric functionality; performs development and maintenance programming for user interfaces powered by Large Language Models and Agentic systems. Performs usability testing; and enhances user satisfaction and interaction with applications and content. Leads or performs complex design of online products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs behaviors and pain points.
- Develop user personas journey maps and other research artifacts to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Analyze and synthesize research data to generate insights and inform product strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in UI/UX research methodologies and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction Psychology Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience with research tools and software (e.g. User Testing Optimal Workshop SPSS).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AI or machine learning projects.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (e.g. Sketch Figma Adobe XD).
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
- Certification in UX research or design.
- Previous experience in a research role within a tech or AI-focused company.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
