What youll do:
Review and process daily production
Maintain and monitor vendor claims from initiation to resolution
Reconcile Finish Goods and Coater/Coil monthly inventory
Review manufacturing work orders for accuracy and research variances
Process accounts payable through payment of invoice and proper recording and reporting
Prepare analysis and reports as directed
Take inventory as directed
Give general support to any office function by assignment
Operate all office equipment
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
We need you to have:
Associate degree in accounting/bookkeeping and/or two to three years accounting experience
Technical expertise in production accounting inventory control and cost analysis are a plus
Experience working with Protraq and Enterprise One is preferable
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software
Must have experience with Web-based applications
Familiarity with Kronos and Workday operating systems is a plus
Must have excellent attention to detail
Time management skills organizing and prioritizing
Able to work in a team environment
Requirements:
18 years of age
Must meet prerequisite job-related test scores.
Pass background check physical exam and drug screening.
