The Senior Manager Pipeline Strategy role involves leading and influencing cross-functional and early brand teams to collaboratively develop strategic brand plans. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies for pipeline and pre-launch activities ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and contributing towards achieving the brand team goals for the assigned products or indications. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead cross-functional and early brand teams to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the development of the strategic brand plan and engaged with contributing to the overall brand team goals for assigned products or indications.
- Lead and contribute to the development of affiliate 1-7-5 early brand plans financial plans (where required) and tactical plans.
- Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders and Business Intelligence to conduct analytics and provide inputs on key business questions lead market research projects to gain insights for early brand planning.
- Work with global marketing to co-create localise and deploy key global pipeline initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create responses to pipeline assessment framework and TouchPoint assessments (pre-Phase 3 study design) as outlined by the business.
- Utilise available data sources to perform early epidemiological and market analysis to support market assessment early business modeling access and pre-launch strategy.
- Perform literature reviews database reviews and establish referenced epidemiological models for the Australian target market.
- Contribute to Pipeline Strategy function forecasting leadership forums and non-brand projects
- Manage interns on pipeline projects as required.
- Support other pipeline development projects as required
- Report any adverse event within 24 hours as per AbbVies policies and procedures.
- Proactively participate in AbbVies WHS programs adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to AbbVies internal codes of conduct and compliance processes.
- Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualification within Marketing/ Business or Science Discipline or equivalent
- Previous experience in Pipeline Strategy or early commercialisation / pre-launching planning or Brand Planning Processes
- Strong leadership project management and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking adaptability and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Australian healthcare system
- Knowledge of Australias registration and reimbursement processes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering and achieving results.
- Proven ability to lead a team & work cross functionally
- Breadth of industry experience in commercial roles
