Core Role Duties:
- Conduct grinder inspections for safety identifying potential hazards to ensure team security.
- Recognize and meticulously separate material grades to prevent contamination.
- Efficiently generate and process end-of-shift documentation capturing significant data on team and machinery activities.
- Diagnose and amend defects to maintain exceptional product quality.
- Appropriately leverage forklifts and related equipment to transport materials autonomously.
- Apply decisive troubleshooting strategies for seamless problem resolution.
- Maintain grinder efficiency through routine wheel and bit replacements.

What You Bring:
- At least one year in a high-energy production environment equipped with mechanical proficiency.
- Lift truck certification is a must and over two years of forklift experience at a logistics firm is preferred.
- A strong mechanical skill set paired with problem-solving expertise and clear communication skills.
- Ability to withstand the demands of a bustling environment engaging in prolonged activity periods.
