About Skubbs Group

Skubbs Group is a Singapore-based digital group comprising:

  • Skubbs Private Limited serving large organizations with bespoke digital transformation solutions (mobile apps enterprise systems AI-powered platforms).

  • The Support Station (TSS) focused on fast effective turnkey solutions for SMEs including websites CRM marketing automation and more.

Weve worked with both established enterprises and SMEs on projects often aligned with local digitalization initiatives. Our team includes certified consultants experienced in business strategy and digital transformation enabling clients to better understand and navigate available support schemes.


Role Overview

Were looking for a Business Development Manager with a passion for growth client relationships and helping businesses succeed through digital innovation. Youll lead efforts to generate leads build a strong pipeline and close deals across multiple industry verticals.

Youll be empowered with:

  • A strong portfolio of proven tech solutions

  • Experienced delivery and consulting teams

  • Deep knowledge of project scoping in alignment with business needs and funding guidelines

  • The opportunity to build and lead your own sales team over time with overriding commissions

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking outreach referrals events and partnerships.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs

    and propose tailored digital solutions.
  • Identify opportunities where clients may benefit from business support schemes and work with our certified consultants to structure the project scope accordingly.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals working with technical and project teams.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline across SME and corporate segments.

  • Manage sales activities using CRM tools with accurate tracking and forecasting.

  • Represent the company at business networking events industry talks and conferences.

  • As performance grows recruit coach and manage a junior sales team with overriding incentives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore.
  • 3-6 years of business development or B2B sales experience in digital services tech or consulting - but even if you have no experience you are welcome if you are passionate about sales.
  • Strong interpersonal consultative selling and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with Singapores business support ecosystem (e.g. EDGMRA) and how businesses engage certified consultants.
  • Able to build trust with C-level stakeholders business owners and decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with the discipline to manage outreach and follow-ups independently.
