Role: Technical Program Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry and experience in leading software implementation and integration programs. The candidate should possess over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale technical projects with a proven track record specifically involving Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Sustainability with Enablon and e-Cow platforms is preferred.
This role requires a deep understanding of oil and gas operations excellent leadership capabilities and a strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the Infosys delivery team ensuring all project phases are executed according to plan and quality standards
• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including requirements analysis design coordination development oversight system integration testing and deployment
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear program objectives deliverables and success criteria.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to ensure adherence to best practices quality standards and overall program objectives throughout execution.
• Act as the primary client contact building strong relationships proactively managing expectations and facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
• Continuously identify assess and mitigate program risks while implementing robust quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee program budgets allocate resources effectively and manage timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15 years of IT Program Management experience: Extensive background leading large-scale software implementation and integration projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party product deployments and enterprise system integrations. Experience with e-Cow or other EHS/Sustainability products will be advantage.
• Good Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge
• Strong Leadership & Client Management: Proven ability to lead diverse teams manage client expectations and drive successful program delivery in a consulting environment.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of solution architecture data migration integration technologies
• Exceptional Communication & Problem-Solving: Superior verbal/written communication analytical and strategic problem-solving skills to navigate complex program landscapes.

Preferred: Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred
