Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Deployment Lead with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry and experience. This role is critical in ensuring the successful rollout of third-party tools and their integration with client systems (Experience with e-Cow or other EHS/Sustainability products will be an advantage). The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in structured delivery environments demonstrating a strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Deployment Lead with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry and experience. This role is critical in ensuring the successful rollout of third-party tools and their integration with client systems (Experience with e-Cow or other EHS/Sustainability products will be an advantage). The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in structured delivery environments demonstrating a strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate Functional Specifications before handover to technical teams.
- Conduct quality assurance of Technical Specifications and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate the product / vendor team to make sure that the implementation is done as per requirements.
- Support integration testing of third-party components with internal systems ensuring end-to-end functionality.
- Assist technical teams in resolving issues during development testing and deployment phases.
- Develop and maintain cutover plans including task sequencing resource coordination and environment readiness.
- Lead and participate in cutover rehearsals mock runs and go-live activities.
- Collaborate closely with third-party vendors to align deployment timelines technical dependencies and issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth transition to production with minimal disruption to business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in IT delivery with a focus on cutover planning integration testing or technical QA.
- Strong understanding of delivery models (Agile Methodology)
- Experience with third-party product deployments like e-Cow or other EHS/Sustainability products
- Proven experience in planning and executing global rollouts across multiple geographies.
- Experience with cloud and on-premise deployments.
- Knowledge on eCOW Enablons products.
- Strong analytical documentation and troubleshooting skills
