Provide customer support in Swedish via phone email and chat
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products services and troubleshooting
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system

Fluent Swedish speaker (C1 or above) written and spoken
Basic English skills (B1 or above) for internal communication
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
No prior experience required! We provide full training!
Full Time
