About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to onboard and train new company members specifically in chat-based customer engagement and sales techniques. The ideal candidate has a background supporting subscription-based digital content creators or online communities and is skilled at teaching effective communication and sales strategies to remote chat agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on chat communication skills and sales techniques for chat agents.
Train new hires on best practices for engaging with customers through chat platforms to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Create training materials including scripts role-play scenarios FAQs and performance checklists tailored to chat and sales activities.
Conduct live and recorded training sessions workshops and one-on-one coaching.
Monitor trainee progress provide constructive feedback and adjust training methods to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to ensure training aligns with operational goals and quality standards.
Stay informed about industry trends in digital content engagement and chat-based sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience training teams involved in chat-based customer engagement and sales preferably supporting subscription-based digital content creators or similar online communities.
Strong communication presentation and coaching skills.
Ability to create engaging training content and adapt to different learning styles.
Comfortable working remotely and using digital training tools and platforms.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
