Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) Manufacturing Safety and Total Quality organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Auburn WA!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team at Boeing. By partnering with senior executives managers and employees you will have a critical role in driving business value a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs services and support. The position requires strategic thinking strong written and oral communication skills talent management experience collaboration employee relations independent judgment and the ability to influence others. This position will support both our Auburn WA and Frederickson WA sites.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leaders/employees to drive the development of people strategies action plans and metrics to assess progress/impact
Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others; utilizing conflict resolution techniques and making the necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure employee perspectives are considered
Coach all employee levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture to performance outcomes
Leads the delivery of key HR processes (performance support employee movement leadership coaching etc.)
Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Utilize HR metrics and people data for informed decision-making leveraging Tableau and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Communicate with HR peers and leaders on site activities

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs policies practices and processes
5 years of experience in a Human Resources role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3 years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
3 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Human Resources certification(s)
3 years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
3 years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills including thorough ability to utilize and understand various HR tools and systems
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite particularly in crafting executive-level presentations with PowerPoint and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis reporting and effective communication of insights
Experience with manufacturing
Experience with hourly and union workforce
