Wage range:$18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Your Impact

The Food Service Worker supports daily food service operations in a corporate dining environment. This role assists with food preparation service sanitation and customer service ensuring a clean safe and welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is dependable team-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service.

What you will do

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food items according to standardized recipes and menus
• Set up and maintain service stations with appropriate supplies and food items throughout meal periods
• Operate equipment such as grills ovens slicers and dishwashing machines safely and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas including counters equipment and dining spaces
• Wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment following food safety protocols
• Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests; respond to questions and accommodate special requests as appropriate
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory control as needed
• Support the overall success of the dining operation by working collaboratively with the culinary and service team
• Other duties as assigned

What you will need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service hospitality or a related field is a plus
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings afternoons and occasional special events

• ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card

• Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
• Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area within a corporate environment. It requires frequent standing walking and use of kitchen equipment. Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and hygiene standards are required.
