Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat

What Were Looking For:
French fluency (C1/C2 level)
Solid English communication (B2)
Problem-solving mindset and great interpersonal skills
Willingness to relocate to Portugal
EU passport (we are unable to provide sponsorship)
Previous customer service experience is a bonus not a must
