What Youll Be Doing
The Repo Operations team supports settlement of fixed income products (REPO & Cash Outright Bonds). As a Settlement Officer you will be responsible for settling and processing trades on our various fixed income settlement platforms. You must understand various complex products associated trade events (including bookkeeping activities) and other related process flows. The role will require frequent professional engagement with clients traders senior leaders and other support staff.You will need to The Settlement Officer will also be accountable for providing business identification and consultative support relative to the development analysis and identification of process changes and/or system enhancements. The incumbent will proactively analyze and recommend enhancements to the existing business processes and clearly communicate rationale and negotiate solutions which will enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure that all assigned initiatives are implemented in an effective manner within area of responsibility. Participate in meetings to answer questions as a Subject Matter Expert.
