Description
Citizens Bank of Kansas a fourth-generation family-owned community bank has a career opportunity for a Loan Operations Assistant in our Derby - Buckner branch. This member of our Loan Production team will play an important role in the efficient preparation and processing of all commercial consumer and mortgage loan documents.
Responsibilities include:
- Requesting and verifying incoming data
- Coordinating any problems/discrepancies
- Preparing early disclosures and closing documents for all loan types
- Managing loan funding
- Uploading loans to core system
- Following up on loans
- Managing on-going tracking and monitoring tools
We are seeking outgoing self-motivated candidates with:
- Positive and professional personality
- Previous experience in loan processing or origination preferred
- Above average communication skills verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
