As the leading Pilates brand worldwide Club Pilates offers premium group reformer Pilates classes in a supportive and community-driven environment. At our Wapping flagship studio were building a strong team to deliver an exceptional member experienceand wed love for you to be part of it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Studio Sales Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations.
- Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation follow-up and membership conversions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members answering enquiries and providing studio tours.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness.
- Ensure high standards of studio presentation cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided).
- Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience (fitness hospitality or retail sales preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment multitask and stay organized.
- Confident using phone email and face-to-face interactions to close sales.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required.
