HVAC Chiller Technician Clinton IA
ADM Clinton Corn Processing
This is a full-time hourly position.
Position Summary:
Service and maintain industrial heating and air conditioning systems (including but not limited to industrial chillers) at a world-scale corn milling plant with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance Reliability.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:

Position Summary:

Job Requirements:
- Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
- Strong safety values
- Strong fundamental skills (math reading writing)
- Flexibility in accepting change
- Communication (spoken and written) and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Direct industrial maintenance experience or exposure to industrial maintenance preferred
- Computer skills - a must
- Experience with HVAC and industrial chillers preferred
- Training in PLC electrical and/or instrumentation work a plus.
- EPA refrigerant license or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with CMMS a strong plus
- Valid driver license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. walk long distances stand for long periods climb stairs and ladders work at heights and work in extreme temperature conditions
