Job Description
HVAC Controls Technician position in Orange County CA
This is a permanent full time position with a great salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Identify analyze diagnose and repair equipment/systems/code issues.
- Understand building layouts gathering materials forecasting issues and operating on-site work
- Complete commissioning start up downloading programming installation maintenance repairs and testing of systems.
- Coordinates with team and build/maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers
- Troubleshoot and repair local controllers communication wiring and programs.
- Train and mentor: apprentices and more junior technicians to grow within the company.
- Ability to travel aroundtownand physicalmove frequently:walk stand and lifting or moving 50lbs.
- Ensure you are exceeding all CAL-OSHA safety requirements.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in building controls and automation including installation troubleshooting diagnosis and repair of emergency management systems.
- Proficient in HVAC Software/Programming and Building Automation Control Systems.
