Position Summary...
As a Senior Manager Operations - Financial Services you will collaborate guide and direct the execution of AML Compliance operational programs Training Optimization and support Consumer Services. In addition you will build relationships with Teams in Field Ops RECDs AP Corporate Fraud and Learning & Development.What youll do...
- Partner with Business Teams:Direct guide and support through the various stages of product and process creation development and delivery into the stores.
- Review Operational Reporting:Identify problematic areas in AML Compliance/Consumer Service operational reporting to discuss Field Ops leadership educate and drive awareness with AML Compliance solutions.
- Project Management:Own projects from creation to delivery to stores that will improve business relating to AML Compliance operations.
- Support Field Operations:Provide awareness and education to field operations through remodel schools and remote training classes.

- Effective Communication Skills:Craft communications to ensure successful rollouts and implementations through Better Way guides nano learnings within My Walmart app and the Financial Services Learning Plan.
- Problem-Solving Abilities:Develop solutions for any issues that have been escalated through ethics and compliance.
- Collaborative Mindset:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.
