User Assistance: Provide functional support to ServiceNow users assisting them with queries and helping them navigate the platform effectively.
Process Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements ensuring that ServiceNow configurations align with business needs.
Configuration Support: Assist in the configuration of ServiceNow modules to meet functional requirements working closely with technical teams to implement changes.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation to support user adoption and understanding of the platform.
Testing and Validation: Participate in testing new functionalities and configurations to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected.
Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the ServiceNow platform recommending enhancements that align with best practices.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports from the ServiceNow platform to provide insights into system usage and performance supporting data-driven decision-making.
Your profile:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience in a functional support role preferably with a focus on ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ServiceNow functionalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITBM or other modules.
