• Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests with a positive attitude and seat them using a seating chart on a tablet.
• To-Go Orders: Handle to-go orders from start to finish including taking orders over the phone packing them accurately and ensuring timely pick-up. This role offers the opportunity to earn tips from to-go orders.
• Front of House Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties for the front of the restaurant.
• Pre-Bussing: Clear and pre-bus tables as guests leave to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Team Support: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for all guests.

• Assertiveness: Ability to manage seating and guest flow efficiently.
• Self-Motivation: Take initiative and stay productive during shifts.
