The Supervisor Care Operations primary responsibility will be to support and supervise a staff of non-exempt employees to ensure monthly and quarterly performance metrics are met. This individual will supervise a team assigned to complete and support multiple daily tasks projects programs and care support related duties. They will work closely with Care Management to improve and streamline processes to make our call center operations more efficient both for the company as well as our customers.
What youll do
Train coach and mentor staff to handle work volume and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
Set expectations provide clear direction and assign tasks to staff to ensure consistent progress is made toward monthly and quarterly goals
Manage customer outreach projects and provide accurate reporting to invested parties
Coordinate monitor and report account and/or program performance to achieve business objectives and to meet customer expectations or contractual agreements
Supervise the day-to-day operations and performance focused on optimizing customer experience in usage billing and fraud risks
Basic qualifications
Minimum 4 years of customer service experience required
Minimum 3 years of call center experience required
Preferred qualifications
Prior leadership experience including managing work performance and attendance preferred
Minimum 2 years of program/project support or account management related experience preferred
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint preferred
