HCRS is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support to investigate and resolve employee complaints and related issues.
HCRS is a team of committed providers and business leaders passionate about transforming the lives of those at risk. We build and lead integrated multi-disciplinary clinical teams to provide support to clients and currently serve over 4000 patients inmultiple strive for excellence and have achieved significant and measurable improvement in clinical outcomes.
Located in beautiful Vermont and just a short driving distance from New Hampshire and Massachusetts you can have it all - the shopping the amenities and a much lower cost of living than larger cities.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Bachelors degree and four or more years of experience in employee relations
- Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively
