The Project Coordinator for Academic Affairs manages and supports major events publications projects and initiatives for the Office of Academic Affairs. Under the oversight and guidance of the Dean of Educational Effectiveness major responsibilities include managing the production of print and electronic publications for the Office of Academic Affairs managing and implementing all Commencement activities providing support to the Accreditation Liaison for ATS and SACSCOC accreditation petitions and reporting. This position also coordinates selected strategic initiatives and helps streamline academic processes of the seminary as directed.
Duties/Responsibilities
Catalog/Academic Publications
Serve as Content Editor for the seminary catalog.
Implement programmatic and institutional changes in the seminary catalog.
Review seminary publications for consistency with catalog changes.
Commencement
Assist with coordination and logistical preparation for all Commencement activities (regalia distribution BBQ Commencement chapel Commencement Ceremony).
Manage the editing publishing and production of Commencement digital and print materials.
Provide Accreditation and Assessment Support to the Dean of Educational Effectiveness
Assist with accreditation reports petitions and data submission.
Coordinate meetings and events related to academic assessment.
Provide coordination and/or management of academic processes of the office as directed.
Assist faculty members as needed.
Provide support for and attend all OAA sponsored events.

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
Masters degree completed or in progress preferred.
