GENERALDESCRIPTION:
- CustomerCareincludingtakingorders/entryintocomputer.
- Follow up with customers.
- PreparingshipmentdocumentsforLTL andUPSwithacknowledgementsenttocustomers.
- Collections.
- Keeptrackofcustomeraccountshelpsetlimitsandpaymenttermsandcalldelinquentcustomers toaskforpayment.
- CustomerCommunicant.
- Sendoutpricesheetsandpricechangessendoutspecials.
- Secondtoanswerphonescreen&directcallsgeneralofficeassistance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professionalcourteousgoodphoneskills.
- Energetic and driven.
- Detailorientedwithsenseofurgencytosatisfying customers and fulfilling orders.
- Basicunderstanding ofaccounting/bookkeeping.
- StrongcomputerskillsproficientinMSOffice/Excel.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Generalknowledgeofbusinesscomputersoftware (ERP). Netsuite a plus.
