A Day in the Life
Seeking a candidate to join the Global Corporate Services Sourcing team for a Travel & Expense special project. The candidate will work on a high visibility project supporting analytics for cost savings projects within Travel & Expense.The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to review large sets of data pull out cost savings ideas create an execution plan and track progress to goals. The candidate will be curious detail-oriented analytical collaborative and a self-starter.
The role requires to work 4 days onsite and 1 day remote!
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Leverage Travel & Expense datasets to find opportunities to drive savings through policy compliance negotiations demand management and more.
- Partner with Travel program SMEs and on how savings ideas could be implemented.
- Share savings initiatives with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and enhance execution plan.
- Act as project manager for savings initiatives presenting updates to cross-functional team and leadership.
- Support communication of changes to employee base.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Solid understanding of supply management supply chain purchasing and quality processes
- Proficiency in data analytics concepts and tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences across all organizational level.
