Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection order placement and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
