Job Summary

About the Role

Were looking for a Supplier Manager to join our high-performing Procurement team. This critical role ensures our suppliers meet Tabcorps ethical sustainable and compliance standardssupporting responsible secure and forward-thinking procurement outcomes.

Youll lead the end-to-end supplier lifecyclefrom onboarding and qualification through to compliance risk assessment performance management and offboarding. Youll also serve as the subject matter expert for supplier systems driving improvements and ensuring smooth efficient operations.

What Youll Be Doing

Oversee supplier onboarding qualification and compliance in line with Tabcorps Supplier Code of Conduct ESG OH&S and cybersecurity standards.
Manage supplier records and administer onboarding/offboarding via the Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal.
Drive system enhancements and adoption collaborating with Corporate Technology to test and implement quarterly Oracle Fusion updates.
Build and maintain a robust supplier risk management framework conduct assessments and ensure audit readiness.
Support supplier performance management in partnership with category leads ensuring alignment with procurement and risk policies.
Collaborate across Procurement Finance Risk and other teams to identify supplier risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supplier processes performance tracking and engagement.

About You

Youre a proactive detail-oriented procurement professional who understands what great supplier management looks like. Youre confident owning systems and processes and enjoy collaborating to solve problems manage risks and improve outcomes.

Youll bring:

Solid experience in supplier management or procurement operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP/e-procurement platforms
A background in Procurement ideally with experience in supplier or risk management
Strong analytical skills and a risk-aware mindset
