As Director of Food & Beverage you will take on the strategic and operational leadership of our gastronomic outlets: the stylish Bohemian Lounge & Bar the lively Champions the contemporary wine bar The Grapeful our breakfast restaurant Greens and our versatile banqueting area. With your keen sense of first-class service innovation and guest engagement you will create unforgettable experiences and drive the ongoing development of our F&B offering.

We are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage (m/f/d) full-time to join us as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading the entire F&B team
  • Overseeing all F&B outlets with a focus on developing the F&B offering innovative sales concepts and employee satisfaction
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaint management
  • Planning and controlling the budget as well as preparing forecasts
  • Coordinating and ensuring efficient collaboration between departments
  • Supporting and acting as a point of contact for department heads regarding staff coordination
  • Ensuring and optimising high quality standards and operational workflows
  • HACCP compliance within your area of responsibility

What we expect from you:

  • Completed hospitality training and operational F&B experience
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent manners
  • High social competence organisational and communication skills
  • Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
