THIS ROLE IS A HYBRID ROLE BASED IN OUR VANCOUVER OFFICE TUESDAY-THURSDAY.
What You Will Do :
As a Customer Success Director you will ensure adoption verify outcomes maximize retention and identify growth opportunities with your account portfolio. Manage the overall post-sales account success with the support of the Boomi teams to include Sales Product Engineering Professional Services and Support. This is an individual contributor role with no supervision of other team members.
Understand customer outcomes and requirements and drive internal processes required to accelerate and remove barriers to customer adoption and growth
Identify opportunities for expansion associated with their adoption of the Boomi product portfolio and collaborate with internal stakeholders (account product teams).
Partner with our subscription sales makers during the sales cycle on the value of the Boomi Professional Services as part of the Success Assurance program.
The Experience You Bring :
10 years of experience working as either Success Manager Consultant Solutions Consultant Account Manager Architect Engineer Director of IT or other role with Account management focus
Experience with Data Integration Solutions
Experience with Large Enterprise IT organization
Ability to address topics such as outcomes mapping business value and total cost of ownership etc.
Experience in collaborating with Global Systems Integrators
Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both Management and Technical audiences.
Bonus Points If You Have :
Experience with Boomi solutions
Experience with cloud and application integration and B2B integration
Experience with Gainsight
Excellent business analytical problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
Advanced Educational Degree preferred

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position ranges from 203k - 252k CAD annually (inclusive of commission). Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidates knowledge skills and experience.
